Ms. Sarasvathi Kulaveerasingam graduated with LL.B(Hons) from the University of London in 1998. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in February 2001 and joined the firm in April 2010 as a Legal Assistant. In March 2016, she was made a Partner. Ms. Sarasvathi’s area of practice is general litigation and has appeared at all levels of the Malaysian courts. She handles all aspects of contentious disputes arising from contractual civil claims, land disputes (in particular landlord and tenant) and tort of trespass.
She has also been practicing in the areas of professional negligence and construction and engineering. Her involvement in the dispute resolution of construction and engineering is also in the alternative dispute resolution i.e adjudication.
