We regularly advise Construction Companies, Land Developers and Consultants with regards to their obligations under the construction and engineering contracts and also represent them in court, arbitration, adjudication or mediation in the event of a dispute.

Alternative Dispute Resolutions

We have been involved in construction law and engineering disputes both in Court and at Arbitration. We have been involved in arbitration in Paris under the ICC Rules and in Hydrabad, India under the Indian Arbitration Act and in Singapore under the SIAC Rules.

Real Estate and Corporate Conveyancing

We are able to provide advice on all aspects of property transactions, including sale of commercial and residential properties, leasing and tenancies, and property projects. We have a team of experienced lawyers in handling all property related matters. The team is also involved in corporate & commercial related work including amongst others, share sale and, in this regard, we prepare the documentation for the issuance of Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks and conducted due diligence exercises, for clients listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
